Nice Infrastructure but Pathetic Unprofessional Staff
Recently my Dad had to undergo eye surgery at this hospital. I was very impressed by the Premises and the infrastructure but right from the Reception had a terrible experience with the staff.
The receptionist seemed lost, the nurse had pale apron on and on administering the IV injection to my Dad didn’t have a cotton to cover the site. She was surprised as blood ran out of my Dad’s arm.
All the staff I met there even the pharmacy was very unprofessional and incompetent. Was feeling for the proprietor who had spent so much on constructing the hospital but hadn’t selected professional staff to carry on the services.
